Drones for Critical Infrastructure Protection
Development of a comprehensive system of unattended fleet of drones based on stations for the landing, takeoff and lodging of multicopter drones. These platforms will be energy independent and will include a set of logics and capacities for an efficient management of the drone fleet for takeoff, landing and recharge operations, as well as for surveillance flight operations.
These new technologies will allow us to face the challenge of protecting infrastructures that are, currently, unmanageable to cover with the available technologies, primarily, due to the physical limitation in terms of flight autonomy of the devices and automatization of surveillance tasks.
